The mission

Avirena Jewels makes anti-tarnish brass dailywear jewellery in Mumbai — 83 pieces in rotation, priced ₹499 to ₹1,999, sold direct through a Shopify storefront. Unlike our restaurant and hotel work, this is a D2C e-commerce engagement: we built the store and ran the Meta Ads behind it.

The challenge

Dailywear jewellery is bought on impulse and on offer. Sixty-four to seventy-three percent off is the category norm, so a brand competing on price alone ends up training customers to wait for the next sale and capping itself at the transaction. The harder problem was selling a material claim — anti-tarnish brass, nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free — that a shopper cannot verify on a screen.

Our solution

We built the storefront around the two things that actually move this category: proof of the material, and the incentive. Reassurance sits in the first scroll (anti-tarnish seal, metal-free certification, 5-day returns) instead of buried on a policy page, and the tiered ladder — buy 2 for free studs, 3 for ₹200 off, 4 for ₹350 off — is offered while browsing rather than at checkout. Collections follow how the customer actually shops: by category, by price band under ₹999, and by occasion for Navratri and gifting. Meta Ads ran against that same offer architecture so the ad and the cart message matched.
